Our staff has clear instructions on dealing with produce in stock. We have empowered our staff to make decisions about discarding any ingredient or produce where they are in doubt about the quality. Our staff has been trained to not double guess about any ingredient. We practice "When in doubt, throw it out", to ensure our customers are fed the best quality food.
We are inspired and driven by our cultural heritage, religious history and traditions to serve food. Concept of Langar is very dear to us. We are blessed to be in business of serving food.
Our food is not priced to extract maximum profit or to play mind games with tricky discounts. We charge to balance the cost of ingredients and other variables associated with it. We are committed to provide quality food prepared with quality ingredients and ample toppings to fill the bellies of our customers.

Current COVID has increased the cost of ingredients beyond our control and any increases on our new menu are beyond our control. Our family sincerely apologizes for that as we believe that food should be accessible to all humans at min cost possible.
